BOMBAY CHEMIST came into being in March 2002 as a single shop on the ground floor of Progressive Point at the Bombay Hospital square. A challenge came about when there were hardly any residential colonies in Mahalaxmi and Sai Kripa. The area was just beginning to develop.

In a matter of a few years, BOMBAY CHEMIST not only created a loyal clientele but also incorporated a strong database of general ethical medicines. Word spread around that BOMBAY CHEMIST was a dependable pharmacy which had all allopathic medicines that were genuine. Lady Luck smiled and the shop size increased from 1 to 2 along with an adjoining clinic, in an attempt to attract more customers.

Today, after 24 years, BOMBAY CHEMIST has become synonymous with genuine ethical medicines in a wide range, with a sound back up of the Pharmacist cum Proprietor Mr Ajay Gupta and his team of well-informed as well as trained employees, who not only check the availability but also offer to speak to the consulting doctor for any clarification.
